Algoa helps agricultural project for children and adults with HIV/AIDS
As part of our Social Responsibility to the community, and specifically focusing on our staff sending areas, Algoa Brick was a proud supporter of the Emmanuel Haven Project located in Motherwell, Port Elizabeth for several years. We contributed financially for various needs of project such as a Workshop Container, Refrigerated Container, and Fencing to a value of over R150 000.
This unique community-based project was established as an initiative to deal with the growing number of adults and children infected or affected by HIV and AIDS within the community. It is an agricultural project where high valued vegetable crops are produced intensively through Hydroponics.
